Indexing v2 | Supported, starting in RY 3.98.0. Important limitations: Since we can’t get the contents of a Scaffolding macro before it is interpreted, we can’t parse separately the values of Status macros or user mentions. As a result, the search may be broken. The indexation is slower. Include or repeat macros in Scaffolding will lead to the result of the macro being indexed. For example, if a table containing a requirement from another page is included, then the requirement will be marked as duplicated, since it appears on two pages.
There are probably still some unforeseen case which aren't taken care of properly, so please send us your bug reports and we will choose 6. The Status and EDM macros: They will be displayed, but may not be indexed for the search as expected. Please test the search on those fields, and submit bug reports if you find anything. Speed: It is still much better than the indexing V1, but not as good as pages without Scaffolding. “Include” macros: If there are requirement definitions in “Include” macro in Scaffolding, then it will behave as if the excerpt belonged to the page, i.e. it will appear as a duplicate definition. Renaming and moving requirements: Same as with Indexing V1, when a page is moved to another space or a requirement renamed, we cannot edit the contents of Scaffolding macros. This is the first supported version, please submit bug reports so we decide whether we fix them.
