Jira bulk issue creation: The template doesn't automatically fill in

Description

In the JBIC, this customer saves a template, it gets correctly saved, but upon reopening it, the fields are empty.

  • It was demonstrated in live,

  • On Microsoft Edge,

  • The fields display properly,

  • No red error message or red request.

Requirement Yogi 3.4.0 - Confluence 7.13.7

First attempt 5/10/2022

  • Added logs,

  • Caught one “return” statement that might be the reason.

We’ll have to deploy, then see whether it solves the issue.
