The user has tried to bulk create issues but there was an error: "Failure of the job: The entered text is too long. It exceeds the allowed limit of 255 characters". However, the status of the job is still showing running, and then cannot be dismissed.
When the user clicks on abort, he receives an error: 403
Expected behaviour
When a job has failed, the status should be failed, then the user will be able to dismiss the job. AND, in this case the job has been running for weeks, and there should be a timeout setting it to failed.
After a long time, the user can just click on abort and dismiss.
