JBIC - Show similar not showing similar (wait for customer response)

The user has a requirement linked to a Jira epic, he wants to apply the template to it but when using the show similar the issue does not show.

Investigation results

• The search → Correct summary beginning

• Correct Jira project

• Issue is correctly linked to 1 requirement

• The relationship is the same

• Is the requirement linked in a different space than the template?

Expected behaviour

When you tick “show similar” it should show Jira issues with Key or Summary matching the query, with a requirement link that match to the template. Then it gives the ability to apply the issue to the template, and then allow you to update requirement links.
