JBIC - Issue fields with dropdown should be able to be set by the requirements info (like variables)

Use case

The user imports an Excel file to create Jira issues. They have dropdowns with 3/4 options, in Excel that create fields like: Requirement Flag = Functional or nun-functional etc. In Jira you can have custom fields with the dropdown. The user would then like that the requirements that have this info, automatically set the dropdown to the correct option (just like the variables, but it is not text).
