Linked requirements

The user has Jira issues (Epics) linked to Confluence pages, they contain specific use cases. He also has requirements linked to those issues. In the traceability matrix, he is displaying the jira issues and their fields, however, he cannot display the Confluence links (wiki links). He would like to do that so when he exports the matrix, his stakeholders can see the use case it is linked to (he doesn't care about the content, just the name of the page).
Implement
In the Traceability, possibility to add the field: Jira issues > Confluence links
Workaround
He could link the requirements to the Confluence page directly and display the page with the cog menu. → But he says he will then have to do it twice as he needs to link the page to Jira and link the requirement to the page.
He will use a script to link pages to Jira issues, can he do the same with requirements?
He also doesn’t want the requirements to appear on the page because his stakeholder will then see the links. → It needs to be hidden, or in the background.
