Support for Comala's "Page Status" macro

We now support Comala’s Page Status macro in Indexing V2. It requires the “RY Comala” integration (free separate plugin, for technical reasons). Here is a demo, with or without the other app named “Scaffolding”.

Other observations

• For customers using the indexing V1, there will always be a need to reindex the page after changing the Comala status,

• The “RY Comala” integration creates and updates the “Comala status” external property, without the need for an actual reindex (in theory - If you see reproducible bugs about this, please report).
