Use the baseline name when displaying versions in the RTE

Cutomer request:

I'd suggest a small text change when linking to versions. In the select list, all entries are prefixed with "v.123", then the name of the requirement.
However, this is not the version of the requirement AND not the version of the baseline, but it's actually the ID of the baseline.

How about the "link to version" dialog returns:

ID42 - Name of BL - Name of REQ
