Ability to resize columns in RY Reports / traceability

Let's not save it, otherwise it can be annoying when switching from a large screen to a narrow screen.

A resize handle for the columns in view mode,

By default text is wrapped on several lines in Confluence; Upon touching the resize handle, we'll use "overflow: hidden" => The text will not be wrapped anymore, just cut if it overflows, like in Excel, with no scrollbar because it takes space. If the user wishes to see everything, they can resize the column wider, select the rest of the text, or reload the page.
