Description

As requested by David/Stefan/Bernd, in the settings, add an option for the popup:

  • Upon installation, display the popup on hover, immediately,

  • Allow to configure a delay,

  • Allow to configure on click.

Took this opportunity to move the settings to ActiveObjects and remove them from Bandana/PluginSettings, since the latter is a shared table of Confluence.
