When using the RY Macro for a diff, in a page, it displays red/green text.
But when exporting to PDF, the red/green highlights don't appear.

Steps to reproduce:

• Created a page, added requirements, baselined it,

• Edited the page, modified requirements, baselined it,

• Went to the "Baselines" tab, ticked the two baselines, clicked "Generate diff",

• It displayed the diff (with 2 modified requirements and 4 identical),

• I ticked "Compare descriptions" and clicked "Generate again", it displayed a classic green/red diff,

• I clicked the "Insert as a macro" button, and I pasted the copied link onto a new page,

• Saved the "report" page, clicked "Export to PDF", and there was the Diff table, with the 3 columns (the "baseline = 14" column, the "State" column, the "baseline = 15" column), and it properly displayed the "Modified" lozenges in the middle.

• But the added/removed green/red highlights don't appear in the PDF, and this is what you want to see fixed.
