For properties, RY removes the requirement key of the current line, if it is the first characters of the line, and removes the whitespace of the remainder.

New implementation:

• Detect if the requirement link was alone in its cell, and only remove it if it was alone,

• Keep the requirement link if the requirement is defined outside a table,

• Keep the requirement link if the column is defined with RY Property = property.
