Traceability matrix: "Load more..." is missing

Description

In the traceability matrix:

  • When we want to add a column related to a dependency,

  • And the dependency is not within the first 10 lines,

  • The menu shows "No items" (expected),

  • The menu should also show "Load more...". Currently the "Load more..." is only shown when there is at least 1 item in the submenu.

We need to display "Load more..." in all cases (unless there is nothing more to load).

I managed to reproduce the use case. Now, I have dependencies, but they do not appear, but the "Load more“ link appear.

When clicking on "Load more“, all the dependencies appear and there is no more the "Load more“ link
