Import External properties from Excel

Can estimates be imported from excel? I tried to use it like this https://take.ms/J4vcw but this led to property duplicate and didnt fill estimate values. Import requirements from Excel is great! Please consider adding “Estimates values import” as well. Because setting values for hundreds of items manually is very hard to maintain )

Currently, we can only import columns as Properties, and not external properties.

So, it leads to duplicated information

Can we have default "External Properties“ instead of "Blank“ selection ?
